Once your 14 day trial period is over, you can’t access the REVE Chat dashboard anymore. However, you will be notified about your trial period via your registered email. You can subscribe to any of the available plans offered by REVE Chat based on the business needs and manage your conversations.

No, there is no need for any credit card to try REVE Chat. You can sign up for 14 days FREE TRIAL to explore all the available features. However, if you want to upgrade your plan, you need a credit card or a PayPal account.

In order to integrate REVE Chat into your website, you have to copy the short snippet code and paste it into your web pages. You get two options to install REVE Chat’s live chat. They are
  • Install REVE Chat Code Manually
  • Email the Code to the IT Administrator
If you choose to install code manually, you can paste the snippet code before the closing tag on your website page. And if you do not have access to install on your website, you can email the snippet code with instructions to your IT administrator.

You will be allowed to create as many chatbots as you need; however, your number of active bots will depend on your pricing plan.

Depending on your pricing plan, you can create as many chatbot as you need and then use them on different websites.

Once the trial period expires, you need to subscribe to one of our live chat plans to avail a chatbot subsciption. After the trial period ends, you will lose access to your REVE Chat dashboard. However, all your data and setup will be safe there. You can log in to the dashboard again by providing your credit card details.

REVE Chat allows you to add as many agents as you want up to 99 agents. It is recommended to add all the agents during the trial period so that they can use all the features and invite customers for conversation.

REVE Chat offers annual and monthly plans on a prepaid basis. If you have paid for your subscription and find out that it’s not working, you can cancel your subscription plan. As there is no refund option for the paid subscriptions, you can use REVE Chat for the subscribed period and once the period is over, access to REVE Chat will be over.

If you have purchased any REVE Chat subscription but no longer want to use it further for any reason and want to cancel the account, you need to follow the steps.
  • Go to Settings menu under VE Chat dashboard
  • Click on the Billing option.
  • Under 'Account Overview', on the bottom click on ‘Cancel my Account’
However, you can use the product until the subscription ends.

Unique visitor refers to the actual number of people who have interacted with your chatbot in a reported time. This number does not increase if the previous engaged visitor returns to the chatbot again. Depending on your plan, REVE Chatbot gives the freedom to engage in conversations with as many visitors as you need. However, each plan has a restriction on the number of unique visitors you can interact with.

REVE Chat allows you to continue engaging with visitors even when the limit of unique visitors end. However, in that case, you will be charged $0.05. per unique engaged visitor.

Customers can never subscribe to REVE Chatbot plan directly as you first need to subscribe to one of our live chat plans. Once you have subscription to a live chat plan, only then you can add a chatbot plan.
